With more than twenty years of experience on Commercial, Corporate and Bankruptcy Law, Mr. Giraldo is also known for his work as Commercial Attorney of the Trade Proceedings Delegation at Colombia´s Incorporation Supervisory Council (Superintendencia de Sociedades for its name in Spanish) and his trajectory as legal advisor for several financial institutions and manufacturing companies. Moreover, he relies on a solid professional experience on commercial lawsuits and splits its legal practice as lawyer representing parties in arbitration processes and controversies submitted to the ordinary jurisdiction.
